Negotiatus is a one-stop shop for companies to purchase all their office necessities, from kitchen snacks to office furniture.
We noticed users had a poor experience tracking their packages. Our user interface did not clearly convey delivery date, status, or even what was in a specific order. The goal for this redesign was to clearly convey where orders were in transit, and communicate delivery times.

We had to account for different sources and carriers as well as different stages of order processing. After some consideration, we came to the conclusion that orders will most likely have 6 high level scenarios: processing info, partial info, full info, delivered, tracking information emailed, and no information.
