High performance Treasury Trading Application
At Lucera Financial Infrastructures, the goal was straightforward: build a usable, scalable application for trading US Treasuries. Starting from absolute zero — no UI kit, no prior designs, and no documentation — our team dove headfirst into an unfamiliar financial sector to gather business requirements and build an MVP. Just over a year later, we launched in Production for our first client, Daiwa Trading Co., and have since expanded to three additional clients including Santander Bank and Cantor Fitzgerald.
What set Treasury apart from Lucera's legacy applications was the rigor we brought to the process. We documented everything — from insights gathered by our finance-savvy peers to resources like Investopedia — and delivered comprehensive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, Confluence documentation, a competitive UI, and a fresh logo. The following screens offer a glimpse into that work, barely scratching the surface of the features Treasury holds today.
